Impartiality Policy
KEY SURVEILLANCE CERTIFICATION AND TRAINING SERVICES LIMITED COMPANY, within its resources and infrastructure, independently and impartially within the borders of the Republic of Turkey and the countries it serves; regardless of geography, social and political areas, industry, and sector, offers equally to all relevant parties requesting in accordance with accreditation scope and standards, procedures.
KEY QUALITY management system certification management does not engage in any activities that could compromise the principles of independence and impartiality while carrying out audits and certification activities. It analyzes and continuously reviews situations that might affect its independence and impartiality.
KEY QUALITY; pledges to implement the management system created according to the current accreditation standards in an independent, impartial, equal, and unbiased manner and to continually improve it.
KEY QUALITY; while offering management system certification services, recognizes the importance of independence and impartiality and has conducted analyses to eliminate or reduce potential conflicts of interest to an acceptable level.
KEY QUALITY; does not provide consultancy services in the fields where it offers management system certification services, either directly or indirectly. This has also been registered in the Commercial Registry Gazette.
KEY QUALITY; in addition to management system certification services, offers open educational services for general participation, but does not offer internal corporate training to avoid it being perceived as consultancy.
KEY QUALITY; has a pricing policy that separates audit services and certificate fees to maintain its independence. Any organization applying for certification will receive audit services. Certification is granted only if compliance with the relevant standards is determined at the end of the audit. Organizations that do not fully meet the conditions in the audits will only pay the audit fee. Audit and certification processes are considered related but independent processes.
For all services, half of the requested fee is collected from the customer at the beginning to prevent pressures that might affect the impartiality and independence of KEY QUALITY regarding the fees to be paid for the services.
When certification decisions are made, if necessary, reviews are conducted in committees formed with the participation of independent experts who are not permanent staff of KEY QUALITY, and a modest report review fee is paid to the independent participants, regardless of whether the certification decision is positive or not.
KEY QUALITY keeps all information and documents related to customers confidential, except for the information and documents that must be legally provided to authorized persons and authorities according to the law. Auditors, office staff, and other suppliers have pledged to adhere to confidentiality principles.
It does not issue certifications in areas where it identifies that its independence and impartiality are at risk.
KEY QUALITY conducts and continuously reviews analyses to manage potential conflicts of interest, as exemplified here, to manage its independence and impartiality.
