Providing necessary internal and external training, conducting assessments and observations, and maintaining the personnel involved in certification activities at the required qualification level,
Establishing communication with national and international authorities, accreditation bodies, program owners, and expert committees for continuous improvement in the certification scope of Key Quality,
Adopting the development of new certification programs to offer as many integrated services as possible to meet customer needs as a core policy.
